Responsibilities
Own and manage BRAVE Books’ AI operations strategy, including tooling, workflows, governance, and scalability
Design, implement, and optimize AI-powered systems to improve efficiency across marketing, creative, editorial, operations, and customer experience
Establish best practices, documentation, and internal standards for AI usage, security, and compliance
Partner with leadership to identify high-leverage AI opportunities and turn them into executable initiatives
Oversee vendor relationships, tools, and platforms related to AI and automation
Train and enable teams to responsibly and effectively use AI in their daily work
Monitor performance, ROI, and risk across AI implementations and continuously improve outcomes
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in operations, systems, automation, or technical program leadership
Proven experience implementing AI tools, workflows, or automation in a business environment
Strong operational mindset with the ability to translate strategy into execution
Excellent cross-functional leadership and communication skills
High ownership, discipline, and bias toward action
