Motion Recruitment is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented RPA Developer to join their automation team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with UiPath and will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying RPA solutions while collaborating with business analysts and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions using UiPath
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand automation requirements
Maintain and support existing automation workflows
Document automation processes and provide technical support
Assist in identifying opportunities for automation across departments
Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices in RPA development

Qualification

Required

3+ years of experience with UiPath development
Understanding of RPA concepts, lifecycle, and best practices
Basic knowledge of programming/scripting languages (e.g., VB.NET, C#, Python)
Familiarity with process mapping and workflow design
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred

Experience with Kryon RPA platform
UiPath certification (e.g., UiPath RPA Associate)
Exposure to version control systems (e.g., Git)
Experience working in Agile environments
