Manage and maintain the Bank’s websites using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
Author and publish engaging, accurate, and SEO-friendly content
Collaborate with designers to ensure visual consistency and adherence to brand guidelines
Implement front-end enhancements using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Apply UX design principles to optimize navigation, accessibility, and overall site usability
Ensure compliance with ADA accessibility standards
Conduct quality assurance testing for functionality, responsiveness, and compliance
Monitor site performance using analytics tools and recommend improvements
Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless digital experiences
Qualification
Required
Manage and maintain the Bank's websites using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)

Preferred
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and/or Figma
Understanding of SEO principles
Familiarity with banking compliance requirements
Analytics & Reporting: Ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights; experience with Quantum Metric is a plus
Experience with A/B testing and personalization tools (e.g., Adobe Target)
Solid understanding of UX principles and accessibility standards
Familiarity with Jira and Confluence
