Conduct prospect research and develop targeted campaigns by identifying organizations that match desired profiles and demographics

Create and implement marketing plans that align with outreach goals and support business development initiatives

Use Microsoft Suite and other digital tools to support research, analysis, and the development of marketing materials

Communicate effectively by crafting clear, compelling messaging and storytelling across digital platforms

Leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, improve campaign quality, and support data-driven decision-making

Required

Currently pursuing an Undergraduate or Graduate Degree in a program related to one of our host departments (Business, Finance, Accounting, Risk Management and Insurance)

Interest in insurance-related roles; involvement in insurance clubs or Gamma Iota Sigma

Students anticipated to graduate in Spring 2026, December 2026, or Spring 2027

Previous work or internship experience in a professional services or similar environment

An entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to problem-solve, think critically, and provide creative solutions
