Be committed to creating An Amazing Experience for everybody by providing exception service in a safe & clean environment
Adhere to Appearance & Grooming Standards
Keep the Carousel Ride area clean and presentable
Maintain a professional attitude when dealing with customers, merchants, employees, and co-workers
Opens the Ride, turns on lights and music
Perform daily safety inspections
Handles cash and token and performs report of daily usage
Great visitors with a friendly smile and sell appropriate tokens for ridership
Communicate Carousel history and rules to all riders
Opens the gate and collect the tokens
Ensure proper safety by walking around the Carousel to be sure that all are on animals, making sure that only one person is on each animal
Closes out the Ride at the end of the day
Assist Marketing Department with projects when needed
Project a positive image to all our guests-smile
Covid-19 considerations: All customers who enter the ride must sanitize their hands, wear a mask if unvaccinated and social distance. We clean all animals after each ride and sanitize touch points
Qualification
Required
Flexible to work nights & weekends
Must be mobile and alert
Must be friendly
Must realize and accept that our customer is top priority
Must perform and dress at a standard that exceeds expectations
Must take ownership in their work and take pride in a job well done
Must communicate & deal with employees & guests in a respectful manner
Must be a team player
Preferred
Customer Service experience preferred
Experience working with children preferred
