Responsibilities

Documented success closing high ticket, Commission based sales

Comfortable running a full in home sales process from presentation to signed agreement

Proven ability to handle objections, create urgency, and ask for the sale

Competitive, performance driven mindset with a history of hitting or exceeding quotas

Confident operating with minimal supervision in a field sales environment

Comfortable learning and presenting long form sales presentations

Willingness to work evening and weekend – when the real money is made

Motivated by uncapped income and accountability, not a guaranteed paycheck

Experience in solar or adjacent industries (HVAC, roofing, windows, auto, mortgage, insurance, finance) strongly preferred
