Enrollment Specialist

The Enrollment Specialist will support the Client Services team by managing client enrollments, ensuring data accuracy, and maintaining compliance while delivering outstanding client service.

Responsibilities
Monitor and process employee benefit enrollments and terminations
Respond to requests from Client Services Team and clients
Confirm completion of requested changes and maintain accurate records
Generate weekly and monthly enrollment/termination reports
Prepare commission disclosure forms for account managers
Cross-reference Change Notifications with HRIS data for accuracy
Record employee changes in CRM system and verify updates in carrier portals
Track and reconcile data from Outlook, HRIS, and other systems
Meet weekly with outlying markets to report on enrollment activities
Maintain communication logs and follow-up actions
Answer office door and welcome clients, guests, and deliveries
Help coordinate food deliveries including arranging tables, unpacking food, and organizing serving areas
Ensure cleanliness and proper presentation of food stations
Assist with post-event cleanup, including disposing of waste, packing leftovers, and sanitizing surfaces
Reset monthly dry erase calendar with PTO, birthdays, and holidays
Plan birthday lunches and coordinate signing of cards
Check and distribute mail daily
Assist account managers with portal access setup
Support audits, plan spreadsheets, and Open Enrollment activities
Qualification
Required
Strong organizational and time management skills
Strong Excel proficiency and familiarity with the full Microsoft Office Suite
Comfort working in multiple systems (AgencyBloc, Employee Navigator, and carrier portals)
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Professional demeanor and commitment to confidentiality
A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to assist across departments
Preferred
Experience in benefits administration, HR coordination, or related field
