The role involves tracking test execution progress, analyzing file errors, conducting portal-based testing, and coordinating with banking partners for seamless transaction validation and issue resolution.

Responsibilities
Track progress across approximately 150 test scenarios, ensuring timely execution and accurate documentation
Maintain detailed logs of completed, pending, and blocked test cases
Review, analyze, and track errors and failures in payment files
Partner with internal technical and functional teams to investigate root causes and drive resolution
Upload and test payment files on the designated portal, validating status, responses, and system behavior
Ensure compliance with file specifications, formatting rules, and integration requirements
Serve as the primary liaison with bank Points of Contact (POCs) for ongoing individual file testing
Communicate test results, clarify discrepancies, and follow up on outstanding issues
Support coordination across internal teams, external vendors, and the bank to ensure smooth test cycle execution
Qualification
Required
Experience in Payment File Testing & Coordination
Ability to track progress across approximately 150 test scenarios
Experience in maintaining detailed logs of completed, pending, and blocked test cases
Ability to review, analyze, and track errors and failures in payment files
Experience in partnering with internal technical and functional teams to investigate root causes and drive resolution
Experience in uploading and testing payment files on designated portals
Knowledge of compliance with file specifications, formatting rules, and integration requirements
Ability to serve as the primary liaison with bank Points of Contact (POCs)
Strong communication skills to communicate test results and clarify discrepancies
Experience in coordinating across internal teams, external vendors, and banks
