Insight Technology Solutions, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Program Manager (APM) to support the Program Manager in leading program operations and ensuring teams remain aligned. The APM will assist with logistics development for the US Coast Guard Offshore Patrol Cutter Program and act as a liaison to the USCG Contracting Officer Representative.

Responsibilities

Support program planning, performance tracking, and contract compliance

Coordinate task execution, schedules, and resources; work closely with project team leads to execute contract deliverables

Prepare reports, briefings, and correspondence for stakeholders

Facilitate onboarding/offboarding of contract personnel, monitor office security, and maintain inventory

Assist with risk, issue, and change management, as well as timesheet completion and invoice review

Occasionally support business development and proposal activities

Promote team cohesion and adherence to operational best practices

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution

Experience supporting program/project operations in a fast-paced environment

Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills

Solutions-focused mindset with the ability to manage competing priorities

Preferred

Project/program management certifications (e.g., PMP, CAPM) is a plus

Experience with federal contracts, USCG programs, or logistics development preferred
