Responsibilities
Lead and scale core People Operations programs while managing and developing a high-performing team
Own complex operational domains, refine processes to improve quality and speed, and ensure consistent execution across a growing global organization
Oversee employee lifecycle operations, leaves of absence, accommodations, and service delivery while partnering cross-functionally to support acquisitions and geographic expansion
Align team priorities with business needs, represent the function in cross-functional planning, and advocate for the systems and resources required to operate at scale
Qualification
Required
8–12+ years of experience in People Operations or HR Operations, including work in global or multi-state environments
Demonstrated experience managing and developing People Operations teams, including performance management and coaching
Deep hands-on expertise with employee lifecycle operations, including offboarding, employee changes, promotions, and HRIS updates
Direct experience managing leaves of absence (LOA) and workplace accommodations in compliance with applicable regulations
Proficiency with HRIS platforms and People systems, including ensuring data accuracy and operational integrity
Experience owning or leading an HR ticketing or service delivery model, including intake design, prioritization, SLAs, and response quality
Ability to use operational trends (e.g., ticket volume, recurring issues, employee feedback) to inform prioritization and process improvements
Comfort working with AI-enabled tools for automation, workflow optimization, or AI-assisted drafting in an operational context
Preferred
Experience supporting high-growth tech or infrastructure-focused companies
Exposure to global employment models, including EORs, international compliance, or regional policy development
Experience supporting acquisitions or geographic expansions from a People Operations perspective
