Responsibilities
Strong hands-on experience with CICS, COBOL, JCL, VSAM, and DB2; Assembler and Intertest experience is a strong plus
Expertise across multiple programming languages and tools, with exposure to emerging technologies and modern development methodologies
Solid financial services domain knowledge (Credit/Debit systems preferred) with the ability to quickly learn, multitask, and maintain strong attention to detail
Proven ability to work independently on moderate to complex projects, understanding how technology supports business processes, market needs, and industry standards
Experience supporting production environments, including on-call support, and performing effectively in high-pressure, challenging environments
Demonstrated leadership through mentoring and coaching junior staff, answering technical questions, improving processes, and recommending system and application enhancements
Qualification
Required
