Responsibilities
You would be a FULLY REMOTE (intern or full time) sales representative in the financial services industry
We are looking for Individuals who are able to start ASAP
If an intern, because of the success rate, it tends to be a longer-term internship that eventually leads to a full-time leadership position within our organization!

Fast track to leadership
The Idea is to be able to work as much as possible when not registered in classes (summer break, winter break, etc...). A full-time schedule is suggested throughout these breaks (40-60hrs)
Once in classes, we understand and appreciate that you are striving for academic success, so hours become flexible
We have leaders that specialize in helping put together a schedule that allow not just academic achievement but as well as still being able to meet your financial aspirations
Your clients would be members of labor unions, the police force, firefighters, veteran groups, nurses, etc
You would be responsible for outreach to schedule a meeting and then meeting with your clients via zoom to enroll them in their benefits that are offered by their group
We also work with existing policyholders to enhance their policies
You would NOT be responsible for generating any leads - these are all provided to you
Many times, there are Leadership opportunities that lead to many ways to receive income
You will be mentored and guided along the way to ensure you are successful in this role!
You also will be given a sales script & training, so no prior knowledge of benefits or products is required!
Whether you are with us long term or not we want to help you establish excellent communication, presentation, sales, and leadership skills!

Required
Ability to start ASAP
Availability for 40-60 hours per week for full-time positions
Willingness to work flexible hours as an intern during academic breaks
Ability to meet clients via Zoom
No prior knowledge of benefits or products is required
