Healthcare Inside Sales Representative (FULLY REMOTE CONTRACT)
Sanford Barrows Group is seeking a motivated Healthcare Inside Sales Representative for a fully remote contract position. The role involves making high-volume outbound sales calls, engaging with prospects, and building relationships to meet or exceed monthly sales quotas.
Responsibilities
Make high-volume outbound sales calls to prospective customers
Engage prospects in meaningful, consultative conversations to identify needs
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales quotas
Accurately document calls, activities, and outcomes in a CRM or sales dashboard
Follow established sales scripts while adapting tone and messaging as needed
Handle objections confidently and guide conversations toward a close without being pushy
Maintain a positive, professional attitude while working independently in a remote environment
Qualification
Required
HEALTHCARE / MEDICARE / MEDICAID experience REQUIRED
HEALTHCARE experience REQUIRED
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales or service-capacity role
Preferred
Associate's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
Previous experience in inside sales (outbound calling), call center sales, or customer service–oriented sales roles
Experience working in quota-driven environments
Background in industries such as healthcare, customer service, or service-based sales is a plus
Proven ability to establish and maintain relationships with business, vendor, or community partners
