10+ years expRecru is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support the implementation of a new ETRM system. The role involves partnering with Middle Office, Back Office, and IT teams to analyze processes, document requirements, and deliver a modern post-trade framework covering Market Risk, P&L, Credit Risk, Accounting, and Invoicing.

Responsibilities
Gather and analyze data to define business requirements and procedures
Identify process and system improvement opportunities
Create and maintain functional specifications and documentation
Develop process models and support training for business stakeholders
Collaborate effectively across teams in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment
Communicate clearly in both written and verbal formats
Perform additional duties as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related technical field
Strong knowledge of the Power & Gas industry or ISO market trading
10+ years of experience in Market Risk, P&L, or Back Office functions
Hands-on experience with ETRM systems
Proven collaboration with Front, Middle, and Back Office teams on IT projects
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint) and Windows OS
Preferred
Experience with electronic trading systems
