Responsibilities
The scope includes project planning, scheduling, status reporting, RAID and Kanban management, and facilitation of recurring project forums
Atlas will support financial tracking in coordination with Finance and the RIM A&D CoE, including visibility into contracts, work orders, and purchase orders
The service includes coordination across global Pharmaceutical teams and suppliers in North America, Latin America, EMEA, and ASPAC, with engagement across RIM, Legal, Privacy, Quality, Technology, Technology Services, and Technology Quality
Vendor will support oversight and coordination of activities related to data identification, separation, remediation, transfer, and termination, including management of sources, destinations, dependencies, and transfer protocols
Ongoing leadership and structured communication will be used to maintain alignment, transparency, and momentum throughout the initiative
Qualification
Required
Project Management Services experience
Experience in a regulated environment
Project planning and scheduling skills
Status reporting skills
RAID and Kanban management experience
Facilitation of recurring project forums
Financial tracking coordination experience
Experience with contracts, work orders, and purchase orders
