Qualification
Required
Experience with Closings and Escrow processes in the real estate industry
Knowledge of Residential Real Estate and related procedures
Customer Service skills to provide a positive experience for clients, agents, and lenders
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based, detail-oriented environment
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in real estate or title processing are beneficial
Preferred
Notary certification or willingness to obtain certification is preferred
Proficiency with Qualia escrow and title management software is a plus
