Responsibilities
Support the creation of print pitch sheets for seasonal collections
Develop and refine floral prints and repeat patterns aligned with brand aesthetic
Build and pitch Pantone color palettes and color stories
Assist with print launches, strike-offs, and production-ready artwork
Prepare print files for internal review and vendor handoff
Collaborate cross-functionally with Design and Product Development teams
Maintain organized print libraries and artwork files
Qualification
Required
Strong aesthetic sensibility with a focus on florals and color
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
Understanding of repeat prints, scale, and color application for apparel
Ability to take direction and execute efficiently while maintaining creativity
Portfolio showcasing print design, florals, and color aptitude
Preferred
Contemporary or women's fashion experience preferred
