Responsibilities
Prepare holistic event overviews and other communication materials for internal and external teams; Adhere to project management standards, methodologies and procedures
Provide subject matter expertise and support event logistics communication with members of various cross-functional teams including Retail, Experiential Marketing, Comms, Employee Engagement, Project Management, Finance, and Public Policy
Support Communications and regional State Governmental Affairs engagement
Strategically support leadership conversions where Responsible Business’ voice and programming can support product and customer loyalty collaborations
Explore and establish external partnerships with organizations, non-profits, and industry leaders to expand the reach and impact of our digital wellness initiatives
Provide strategic support for internal Client employee volunteerism initiatives
Advise implementation of digital wellness workshop logistics with time and budget constraints
Lead event management driving the successful launch and execution of digital wellness workshops in Client retail locations, partner sites, and virtually
Coordinate logistics, and planning for in-person event launches with a cross-functional team
Manage master event project plans, including timelines and resource identification, to ensure all deliverables are met
Support site selection and suppliers for in coordination with Client leadership
Manage scheduling, logistics, and planning with cross-functional teams for successful in-person event launches
Collaborate with non-profits to support seamless digital wellness curriculum implementation during workshops and meet regularly to adjust event facilitation progress
Manage implementation of virtual workshops
Manage day-to-day execution of integrated marketing and communication strategy in collaboration with Marketing and Communications teams
End-to-end management of marketing projects, including development of marketing materials and collateral, communications toolkit and implementation for partners, in adherence to established brand guidelines
Facilitate a competitive analysis and support message testing to optimize program messaging, including effective talk tracks for engaging consumers, strategic partners, and internal Client teams
Collaborate closely with the research team to modify and enhance existing survey tools and methodologies for more insightful data collection on digital wellness
Facilitate the development of quarterly and comprehensive culminating reports, synthesizing key findings and future recommendations to support Client leadership and strategic partners
Manage FIFA World Cup giveaways across education programs (Digital Wellness, Value brands, and Houston Economic Growth Collaborative), including sweepstakes rules development and ticket fulfillment
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
4+ years in education and project management, preferably retail/non-profit partnerships, with expertise in wellness and technology-integrated programming
Excellent project management (planning, logistics, program management) and organizational skills; ability to meet deadlines. Strong prioritization, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities
Subject matter expert in event logistics and cross-functional communication (Retail, Marketing, PR, Employee Engagement, PM, Finance, Public Policy)
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and cross-functional workstream management
Proven ability to create holistic event overviews and communications
Proficient in Google Suite and digital presentation
Expert in Smartsheet for project management and retail/workshop strategy execution
Ability to work fast-paced, demanding environment, managing multiple responsibilities and projects independently
Collaborative skills with senior leadership, marketing, operations, and external partners to inform project strategy and implementation
Demonstrated ability to establish external partnerships (non-profits, industry leaders)
Experience supporting internal employee volunteerism initiatives
Experience collaborating with research teams to modify survey tools/methodologies
Team-oriented, collaborative, and flexible; able to facilitate meetings
