New Grad, Entry LevelQuadax, Inc. is seeking a Healthcare EDI Remittance Tech Support professional to join their EDI Remit Tech team. This role involves providing second-level support for EDI clients and resolving technical issues related to remittance processing.

Responsibilities
Research and resolve technical issues pertaining to remittance processes
Monitor remittance transmissions between Quadax and payers
Work with payers to obtain missing remits
Setup and maintain remittance parameters, Xpeditor settings, 835 splits, posting files, and mapping NPI to the corresponding client code
Assist with testing remittance enhancements and bug fixes for Xpeditor releases
Configure and support custom remittance reports for clients
Complete analysis and gather information for remittance enhancement requests
Analyze and interpret ANSI 835 data
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Knowledge of EDI a plus
Problem solving skills
Strong computer skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Strong attention to detail - working with clients and internal departments
Ability to set priorities
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Preferred
Associate's degree preferred
