Director of Community Relations
Select Home Care specializes in assisting older adults and individuals with disabilities by providing support for daily living activities in their own homes. The Director of Community Relations is responsible for building community relationships and driving engagement while promoting the company’s services.
Responsibilities
Building and maintaining strong relationships within the local community
Developing strategic outreach initiatives
Representing Select Home Care to drive community engagement
Promoting services through public relations and sales efforts
Organizing community events
Collaborating with healthcare professionals to enhance the company's visibility and reputation
Qualification
Required
Strong skills in Community Engagement, Community Development, and fostering meaningful relationships with stakeholders
Proficiency in Public Relations and Sales to effectively promote services and expand partnerships
Exceptional Customer Service skills to address inquiries, build trust, and provide support to clients and their families
Proven ability to develop strategic initiatives and manage community-focused programs
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, relevant field is required
Preferred
Experience in the healthcare or home care industry is a plus
