Responsibilities

Draft and argue dispositive and non-dispositive motions
Conduct legal research and develop creative, strategic arguments in high-stakes disputes
Prepare pleadings, briefs, and memoranda with precision and attention to detail
Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop litigation strategy and case themes
Take ownership of assignments and push matters forward aggressively and efficiently

Self-starter who takes initiative and accountability for results
Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
