Responsibilities

Project planning, scheduling, status reporting, RAID and Kanban management, and facilitation of recurring project forums
Support financial tracking in coordination with Finance and the RIM A&D CoE, including visibility into contracts, work orders, and purchase orders
Coordination across global Pharmaceutical teams and suppliers in North America, Latin America, EMEA, and ASPAC, with engagement across RIM, Legal, Privacy, Quality, Technology, Technology Services, and Technology Quality
Support oversight and coordination of activities related to data identification, separation, remediation, transfer, and termination, including management of sources, destinations, dependencies, and transfer protocols
Ongoing leadership and structured communication to maintain alignment, transparency, and momentum throughout the initiative

Required

Experience in project planning, scheduling, status reporting, RAID and Kanban management
Experience in financial tracking coordination with Finance and RIM A&D CoE
Ability to coordinate across global Pharmaceutical teams and suppliers in North America, Latin America, EMEA, and ASPAC
Experience in engaging with RIM, Legal, Privacy, Quality, Technology, Technology Services, and Technology Quality
Experience in oversight and coordination of activities related to data identification, separation, remediation, transfer, and termination
Ability to manage sources, destinations, dependencies, and transfer protocols
