W3Global is seeking an experienced Estate Administration Paralegal to help their clients navigate the probate and trust administration process with compassion and professionalism. Responsibilities
Drafting petitions, inventories, accountings, and deeds for filing with the Clerk of Superior Court
Tracking deadlines, organizing case files, and maintaining client communication to move estate matters forward
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, beneficiaries, and other stakeholders. Provide compassionate and professional support throughout the estate administration process
Regularly review case statuses and plans with attorneys. Provide updates and discuss strategies to address any issues or delays
Participate in team meetings to discuss client matters and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiencies. Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and procedures
Meticulously produce and track filings for each estate and trust administration matter. Maintain organized records and ensure all deadlines are met
Qualification
Required
Must be familiar with NC probate laws
Must have experience in estate administration processes
Must have a working knowledge of the probate court system
