Responsibilities
Maintain and update the company’s capitalization table, ensuring accuracy in ownership records and equity transactions
Assist with investor communications, data requests, and due diligence materials for fundraising or corporate events
Partner with legal, operations, and business development teams to support financial reporting, budgeting, and strategic planning
Contribute to the preparation of financial reports, forecasts, and models to support management decision-making
Help organize and maintain financial documentation and ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements
Qualification
Required
Currently obtaining a bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with financial modeling or data analysis tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and discretion
Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
