Responsibilities
Serve as a trusted advisor to insurance agency owners and leadership teams exploring AI-driven automation
Lead in-depth discovery conversations to understand workflows across sales, servicing, renewals, and claims
Clearly articulate how voice AI can reduce manual call handling, improve responsiveness, and enhance the client experience
Design and recommend tailored AI use cases aligned with agency goals, compliance needs, and existing systems
Partner with marketing to refine industry-specific messaging, case studies, and go-to-market campaigns
Provide structured feedback to product and engineering teams to ensure solutions reflect real insurance workflows and constraints
Qualification
Required
Direct experience in the insurance industry (agency, carrier, MGA, or insurtech), with a strong understanding of day-to-day operations such as policy servicing, claims intake, renewals, or customer support
Proven client-facing experience in advisory, consulting, solutions engineering, or relationship management roles
Ability to grasp and explain AI-driven software solutions in practical, business-focused terms, no technical background required
Familiarity with common insurance tools and platforms (AMS, CRMs, claims systems, dialers, or scheduling tools)
Self-directed, thoughtful, and comfortable operating in a fast-growing environment with minimal hand-holding
Motivated by helping a traditional industry adopt modern technology in a responsible, compliant way
