The CFO will establish the company's accounting and finance infrastructure, build a team, and guide the organization through its IPO process while collaborating with various internal and external partners.

Responsibilities
Partnering with the CEO, the CFO will set up the company's entire accounting and finance infrastructure in preparation for becoming a publicly traded, commercial pharmaceutical organization
In addition to building a team and processes, the CFO will have strong technical accounting skills and guide the company through an IPO
Strong collaboration with both external (regulatory, research) and internal (science, project management, medical) partners is a key to success
Qualification
Required
CPA with public accounting and strong technical accounting acumen
Over 15 years of Accounting Leadership with time spent in emerging pharmaceutical companies is a must
IPO experience, Product Commercialization experience
Strong operational accounting background
Investor Relations
