Responsibilities
Prepare structural design drawings using AutoCAD and Revit
Develop structural plans, sections, details, and sketches
Collaborate with engineers to translate design concepts into construction documents
Follow established document flow, drafting standards, and detailed instructions
Adapt to a fast-paced work environment while managing multiple tasks
Work effectively as part of a collaborative design and engineering team
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 2 years of experience in structural drafting
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit
Long-term interest in structural drafting and design
Ability to self-start and contribute positively to team efforts
Creative, detail-oriented, and well-organized
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Technically proficient in CAD and REVIT
Structural drafting knowledge across all phases of projects
Fast learner who can communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
Team player who is assertive and able to work with minimal direction
Hard worker who is ready to assume responsibility quickly
Inquisitive, clear thinker who can determine what work is required and who can draw rational conclusions from information available
Attentive to detail and have a desire to grow professionally and personally
Able to conceptualize structural and architectural details in three dimensions
Dependable and willing to work extra hours when required
