Responsibilities
Lead discovery and solution design for AI voice deployments supporting smart home and consumer electronics products
Configure, test, and optimize AI voice agents for device setup, troubleshooting, warranty inquiries, and order support
Translate complex device workflows, firmware behaviors, and support scenarios into effective AI-driven conversations
Advise device and IoT brands on best practices for AI-assisted customer support and automation
Partner with product, engineering, and marketing teams to refine use cases and industry-specific positioning
Support commercial conversations by demonstrating real-world AI capabilities and measurable outcomes
Qualification
Required
Direct experience working on AI-powered products or support systems for connected devices
Hands-on experience working with AI-powered systems, such as conversational AI, voice assistants, automation platforms, or AI-driven support tools
Background in smart home devices, consumer electronics, IoT platforms, or technical customer support environments
Familiarity with device ecosystems (e.g., smart speakers, home automation hubs, connected appliances, wearables)
Ability to collaborate directly with engineers on AI workflows, integrations, and iteration cycles
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Proven ability to operate independently in fast-moving, early-stage environments
Preferred
Experience with voice platforms, IVR systems, or speech/NLU technologies
Exposure to firmware, device telemetry, or diagnostics used in AI-assisted troubleshooting
Experience deploying or managing AI systems in production for consumer-facing products
