Responsibilities
Network & Systems Administration: Design, maintain, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, VPN, wireless, and Windows-based server environments
Automation & Scripting: Develop scripts to automate routine tasks and improve system efficiency
Security & Compliance: Manage endpoint protection, disaster recovery, backups, and access controls
Collaboration Tools & Support: Administer email systems, videoconferencing, and media production tools
Infrastructure Projects: Lead initiatives involving storage, virtualization, and office/home automation
Emerging Technologies: Explore and support the integration of AI tools and services into internal workflows and infrastructure
Qualification
Required
Strong communication skills
Ability to clearly convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Design, maintain, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, VPN, wireless, and Windows-based server environments
Develop scripts to automate routine tasks and improve system efficiency
Manage endpoint protection, disaster recovery, backups, and access controls
Administer email systems, videoconferencing, and media production tools
Lead initiatives involving storage, virtualization, and office/home automation
Explore and support the integration of AI tools and services into internal workflows and infrastructure
Operate in a Windows-based environment
Utilize a broad range of technologies including Microsoft Azure, Office 365, SharePoint, Windows Server, VMWare, Remote Desktop Services, Intune, Active Directory Group Policy, Patch Management, Systems Auditing, CrowdStrike, Cisco, EMC, Azure files, BackExec, Azure backups, PowerShell, SQL Server, Bloomberg, Microsoft stack applications, Azure OpenAI, Sonnet
Full-time, in-office position based in Fort Worth, requiring a commitment of 50 hours per week
Participation in a rotating On-Call schedule to ensure coverage for critical systems and infrastructure outside of regular business hours
Flexibility and preparedness to respond to urgent issues as needed
Bachelor's degree with a 3.25+ GPA from a top college or university
