Prepare and review federal, state, and local tax returns for high‑net‑worth individuals, trusts, estates, and closely held entities
Assist with tax planning strategies to optimize client outcomes across individual, fiduciary, and estate tax areas
Support tax provision and compliance requirements, ensuring accuracy and adherence to all regulatory standards
Conduct research on complex tax issues and provide clear, actionable recommendations
Maintain strong client relationships through responsive communication and high‑quality deliverables
Collaborate with partners and internal teams to support client engagements and special projects
Qualification
Required
3+ years of relevant tax experience within public accounting or a law firm environment
Strong technical knowledge of high‑net‑worth, trust, and estate tax
Experience with tax compliance, planning, and multi‑state considerations
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline‑driven environment
Excellent communication skills and a client‑service mindset
Preferred
CPA, EA, or progress toward certification is a plus but not required
