Responsibilities

Develop, qualify, and score inbound and outbound leads to support pipeline growth
Manage and track leads through CRM systems, ensuring accurate data and timely follow-up
Partner with the engineering team to support customer inquiries and deliver seamless solutions
Build and nurture relationships with prospects, guiding them through the sales funnel
Provide insights and feedback to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and sales processes
Build productive, trustworthy relationships with customers
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
Assess customers’ needs and aid in product support

Required

Proven experience in inside sales, lead generation, or business development
Strong background in lead scoring, CRM management, (familiarity with ODOO a plus) and pipeline tracking

Ability to collaborate cross-functionally, particularly with technical teams
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven
Track record of achieving sales quota
Advanced understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
Travel up to 20%
Self-driven 'doer' with ability to meet externally set deadlines and initiatives
Excellent time management, strategic planning, and organizational skills
BS degree

FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot certification
