Responsibilities

Lead internal audits of global trade compliance from planning through reporting
Assess compliance with U.S. and international trade laws using a risk‑based approach
Identify risks, recommend corrective actions, and follow up on implementation
Deliver clear audit reports and communicate findings to leadership
Stay current on trade regulations and update audit programs as needed
Partner with legal, operations, and site teams to share best practices and strengthen compliance culture
Recommend process improvements to enhance compliance and efficiency
Support external audits and additional projects as required

Required

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Big 4 audit experience a plus
5–7 years in global trade compliance (export controls, import regulations, licensing, classification, Customs requirements, etc.)
Experience may come from manufacturing trade compliance roles or consulting/audit firms
Proven internal/external audit experience
Comfortable working across multi‑site manufacturing and varied system environments
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Fast learner with strong attention to detail; able to work independently
Collaborative, adaptable, and effective at managing multiple priorities
Willing to travel 20–30% domestically and internationally
MUST be a US Persons
