Responsibilities
Assisting clients in developing and implementing pricing strategies
Overseeing daily pricing recommendations
Analyzing trends, evaluating changes in performance, and proactively identifying opportunities to enhance / improve the client’s revenue management program
Conducting pricing calls with on-site personnel and key stakeholders
Auditing settings and operational processes to ensure alignment with asset strategy, goals, and objectives
Performing timely and comprehensive performance analysis
Identifying training needs and facilitating training for on-site and corporate associates
Qualification
Required
Experience with LRO
Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of multifamily experience
Knowledge of Property Management Software Systems (OneSite, Yardi and Entrata)
Detail oriented, analytical, and methodical
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with multiple clients
Ability to work independently, take initiative, follow through, and meet deadlines
Ability to communicate effectively, confidently, and persuasively
Ability to develop and maintain relationships with client associates at all levels
Willingness and ability to adapt to change
Ability to effectively teach others
Advanced technical skills (Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
Ability to travel if needed
Preferred
Experience with YieldStar or AIRM
