Responsibilities
Own asset-level budgeting and forecasting, including annual budgets, reforecasts, and variance analysis
Develop and maintain forward-looking cash flow models for individual assets and portfolios
Analyze sources and uses of funds, including operating cash flow, capital expenditures, reserves, and distributions
Support analysis related to loans, debt service, covenants, and financing structures
Partner with Asset Managers to drill down into asset performance, identifying risks, trends, and opportunities
Prepare and present financial summaries and insights for internal stakeholders and leadership
Monitor key performance metrics and provide recommendations to support asset-level decision making
Assist with ad hoc analysis related to acquisitions, refinancing, and capital planning as needed
Serve as a key liaison between Asset Management and external accounting partners to ensure accurate financial inputs
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Strong accounting foundation, with the ability to interpret financial statements and underlying drivers
Hands-on experience with cash flow modeling, budgeting, and forecasting
Comfort working with loans, debt structures, and capital sources
Advanced Excel skills; experience with financial models and large datasets
Preferred
Experience in FP&A, asset management, real estate, or investment-focused environments preferred
