Responsibilities
Lead and support the migration of Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target implementations to Adobe SDK and Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)
Work hands-on with Adobe Experience Platform components, including Analytics, Target, and CDP, using AEP as the centralized data and decisioning layer
Partner closely with internal platform and CDP teams to transition existing processes, configurations, and data flows into the new AEP architecture
Support and troubleshoot data discrepancies, including mismatched metrics, event tracking issues, identity resolution, and configuration changes
Assist with data model changes, schema design, and event configuration required for AEP-based implementations
Help guide teams through modern Adobe architecture best practices as the organization continues to mature and stabilize its AEP stack
Provide technical expertise around real-time event data, personalization workflows, and testing use cases as they relate to Analytics and Target
Document migration approaches, configurations, and troubleshooting findings to support knowledge transfer and long-term platform stability
Qualification
Required
A bachelor's degree, especially in Computer Science or a comparable field, is a plus
Relevant certifications are a plus
Hands-on experience implementing or migrating Adobe Analytics and/or Adobe Target using Adobe SDK
Strong technical experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), including Analytics, Target, and CDP
Experience working in modern, centralized Adobe architectures, leveraging AEP as the core platform rather than legacy segmented implementations
Proven ability to troubleshoot complex data issues, including data mismatches, tracking inconsistencies, and configuration challenges
Technical understanding of data engineering concepts as applied to Adobe platforms (event data, schemas, transformations, integrations)
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to guide platform transitions and modernization efforts
Ability to operate in a hands-on, execution-focused consulting role
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Preferred
Prior experience supporting Adobe CDP implementations or migrations
Data engineering background supporting real-time or event-driven architectures
Experience working in large, enterprise Adobe environments undergoing platform modernization
