Responsibilities
Provide advisory services to track and manage technical investment plans, ensuring execution of the current-year spend plan
Monitor financial performance to ensure alignment with functional goals and fiscal timelines
Support enterprise-level financial planning and execution activities tied to mission-critical IT initiatives
Collaborate with technical and program stakeholders to ensure financial transparency and accountability
Qualification
Required
Experience supporting Government acquisitions, including:
Analyzing and reviewing contract proposals
Preparing technical and financial reports
Experience with enterprise IT procurements, including:
Software, hardware, and services acquisitions
Documenting IT requirements
Developing purchase justifications
Supporting material life-cycle planning
Strong understanding of government financial and acquisition processes in a classified environment
Active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph is required
