Responsibilities
Creating visually compelling graphic materials, including illustrations, logos, and layout designs, that align with the Library’s branding guidelines
Collaborating with internal teams to conceptualize and execute designs for marketing materials, digital platforms, events, and community programs
Refining designs and ensuring they effectively communicate intended messages while maintaining creative excellence
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Graphics and Graphic Design, with experience in creating design concepts and visual content for print and digital media
Demonstrated skill in Logo Design and Branding to create cohesive design elements that align with organizational identity and goals
Competence in Typography, with an understanding of selecting and applying fonts and text aesthetics effectively
Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple projects
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) or equivalent software
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, or equivalent experience preferred
Preferred
Familiarity with designing for diverse audiences and sensitivity to community representation is a strong plus
