Responsibilities
Responsible for assisting in month-end close processes for multiple healthcare locations
Assist in financial reporting
Review and analyze general ledger account reconciliations
Generate monthly financial and performance reporting for further analysis
Produce supporting documentation for audits
Documentation of current business processes, procedures and internal controls
Monitoring important business metrics, and identifying action steps to improve such metrics
Utilizing technology to continuously learn, innovate and share knowledge with team members
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting required
3+ years of accounting experience required
Strong understanding of GAAP and reconciliation
Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas, Power Query/Power Pivot)
Preferred
CPA is a plus
Public accounting experience is a plus
