Responsibilities
Lead deal execution across multiple financing structures, including senior cash flow, uni-tranche, second lien, mezzanine, and structured equity
Manage competitive auction processes and time-sensitive transactions, including cross-border and multi-currency financing's
Develop tailored solutions for unique scenarios such as storied credits, counter-party fatigue, and facility restructurings
Collaborate with private equity sponsors and management teams to deliver bespoke capital solutions
Qualification
Required
9+ years of experience in leveraged finance, debt advisory, or related investment banking roles
Strong technical skills in credit analysis, structuring, and financial modeling
Proven ability to manage complex transactions and client relationships under tight timelines
Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach to execution
