Responsibilities

Interact and advise on strategic marketing efforts with high-profile corporate clients

Originate and develop relationships with corporate clients and institutional investors

Prepare target investor lists, marketing materials and client invites; organize meeting notes and reports; solicit investor feedback; manage NDR timelines and coordinate objectives

Assist in the planning, preparation, and execution of institutional investor non-deal roadshows (NDRs) with company management teams

Collaborate with research analysts to oversee the planning and management process of bespoke research-focused events (i.e. fireside chats, industry panels, site visits, conferences, etc.)

Liaise with internal and external partners and serve as quality control check as it relates to all deliverables associated with corporate access engagements

Attend industry events where corporate clients and investors are present

Conduct company and industry research across Life Sciences and TMT verticals

Contribute ideas to build and improve upon existing internal processes

Maintain data as it relates to corporate access engagements and update Business Development CRM as needed

Required

At least Bachelor's degree with a strong academic record

Outstanding verbal and communication skills, with poise and confidence to interact with and influence clients at all levels

Self-starter with a strong work ethic and demonstrated ability to take initiative

Strong client service orientation with consistent follow-through

Flexibility for occasional travel (~5-10%) and thrive in a highly collaborative, fast-paced, results-oriented environment

Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook

Preferred

Relevant work experience preferred (i.e. institutional sales, investor relations, business development, client services, corporate access, compliance/administration)

Expressed interest in Life Sciences - preferred

FINRA SIE, 7, and 63 exams - preferred
