Healthcare Account Executive
Medasource is a company that provides human capital solutions across the Healthcare spectrum. They are seeking an Associate Account Executive to participate in a comprehensive outside B2B Sales Training Program and build partnerships with clients.
Responsibilities
Strategically identify opportunities and pursuits in 3-5 designated target accounts
Build and sustain long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients within your assigned accounts through onsite client meetings, presentations, and outings such as ball games, dinners, golf, etc
Consult with clients to create solutions that help drive change and successful projects within their organization that deliver positive outcomes
Act as a client advocate with a focus on improving the experience of our Fortune 500 target accounts
Presenting to C-suite executives and championing solutions for their project roadmap
Continue to meet and exceed target sales goals
Set personal and team goals through frequent sprint sessions with your manager and sales support team
All other job duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Company and/or typical for the position
Qualification
Required
Enrollment in a comprehensive outside B2B Sales Training Program
Ability to strategically identify opportunities and pursuits in 3-5 designated target accounts
Skill in building and sustaining long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients
Experience in consulting with clients to create solutions that drive change and successful projects
Ability to act as a client advocate with a focus on improving client experience
Experience in presenting to C-suite executives
Ability to meet and exceed target sales goals
Skill in setting personal and team goals through frequent sprint sessions
Willingness to perform all other job duties and responsibilities as assigned
