Responsibilities
Drive end‑to‑end case management for general commercial litigation matters (not PI, insurance defense, bankruptcy, or foreclosure), including discovery, motions practice, hearings, and trial prep
Draft, proof, and cite‑check pleadings, discovery requests/responses, correspondence, and hearing/trial binders; coordinate exhibits and witness lists
Manage calendaring/dockets, court rules compliance, and e‑filings in Florida state and federal courts; liaise with court personnel and vendors
Compile, organize, and analyze documents and data; support eDiscovery workflows and productions
Partner closely with the lead attorney—anticipating needs, prioritizing competing deadlines, and pivoting quickly when last‑minute items arise
Qualification
Required
Seasoned Commercial Litigation Paralegal experience
End-to-end case management for general commercial litigation matters (not PI, insurance defense, bankruptcy, or foreclosure)
Drafting, proofing, and cite-checking pleadings, discovery requests/responses, correspondence, and hearing/trial binders
Coordinating exhibits and witness lists
Managing calendaring/dockets, court rules compliance, and e-filings in Florida state and federal courts
Liaising with court personnel and vendors
Compiling, organizing, and analyzing documents and data
Supporting eDiscovery workflows and productions
Partnering closely with the lead attorney
Anticipating needs and prioritizing competing deadlines
Pivoting quickly when last-minute items arise
