Managing Director - Recruiting
Paul Bridges Group is seeking a Managing Director to lead and scale a high-performing recruiting and consulting business in Austin. This senior leadership role involves operational leadership and revenue growth, with full P&L ownership and a focus on business development for permanent placement and consulting services.
Responsibilities
Own and manage the full P&L for a recruiting business with 20+ experienced 360 recruiters
Lead, coach, and develop senior recruiting leaders and producers
Drive performance, accountability, and consistent execution across the team
Partner closely with executive leadership on strategy, forecasting, and growth initiatives
Continue building on a best-in-class culture with strong tenure and leadership stability
Personally drive new business development for permanent placement services
Partner with delivery leadership to win and expand MSP and enterprise accounts
Help grow the consulting side of the business, selling multiple service offerings
Build long-term client relationships through face-to-face meetings and strategic partnerships
Act as a player-coach with the credibility of a proven producing leader
Qualification
Required
Proven background in agency recruitment, ideally coming from a 360 or producing leader path
Demonstrated success managing P&L and scaling teams
Strong business development track record across multiple services (perm, MSP, consulting)
History of measurable production numbers and team performance
Solid tenure at previous firms — we value commitment and long-term leadership
Comfortable in a hybrid environment and traveling locally to meet clients
