Responsibilities

Become proficient in customer communications, effectively delivering the value propositions of ADVANTAGE products by attending all company training sessions
Develop sales scripts to position ADVANTAGE product solutions and coordinate product meetings for prospects and existing clients, which will be led by the Regional Director in your territory
Follow up on all campaign activities and marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) within 48 hours (about two business days) of receiving them. These leads will be filtered and scored for maximum opportunity in setting meetings, with all lead activity directed by the Director of Business Development
Create weekly campaigns using Target Market data to generate prospect meetings for the Regional Directors
Meet all BDR key performance indicators (KPIs) as defined by the Director of Business Development
Maintain and ensure that the CRM database is current and all BDR activity is accurately logged
Collaborate with assigned Regional Directors (RDs) to increase sales and opportunity count by setting up high-quality meetings
