Required

Ability to analyze market trends and data to formulate goals and strategies
Strategic problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to achieving sales targets
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
Knowledge or experience in waste management services is a plus
