Responsibilities

Preparing CD's/HUD's and working with lenders/buyers/seller/agents to get the file 'table ready'
Work with internal support teams (orders, clearance/curative, funding/recording) to help you deliver a positive outcome
Communicating effectively and proactively with Clients throughout transactions and at other times
Representing the Company with professionalism and in a way that’s consistent with our values, image, brand, message
Communicating effectively, proactively and respectfully with other Team Members of the Company throughout transactions with the shared goal of creating ‘Raving Fan’ clients and successful relations with other Team Members of the Company
Being accountable for the outcome of settlements and insured real estate transactions, regardless of other Team Members of the Company that may have performed tasks on such transactions
Properly using the software provided by the Company to be aware of issues, deadlines, information or documents due or needed for any parties to real estate transactions

Required

Be the primary point of contact and communicator for deal/transaction related communication through the highest frequency parts of the title lifecycle
Represent our company at all times in a way that we're proud of and that fosters trust from leadership in managing our trusted relationships with attorneys, Realtors, real estate brokers, developers, investors and other professional buyers of real estate, lenders, and others
Be the person we think of first to handle our most important and sensitive client relationships
Be proactive in communicating - and over communicating - with anyone involved in your transactions
Take accountability for outcomes
Be enthusiastic and always fast in response to communication from all parties
