Empiric is seeking a highly skilled Solutions Architect with a strong background in DevOps principles and the design of complex systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing robust, scalable solutions while ensuring best practices in API development and system architecture.

Responsibilities

Design and architect complex systems across our technology stack, ensuring seamless integration and performance

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and translate them into architectural designs

Develop and maintain well-designed APIs to facilitate communication between services and platforms

Implement DevOps best practices, including CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and automated testing

Conduct system performance analysis and troubleshoot issues as needed

Mentor and provide technical guidance to development teams on architectural best practices and design patterns

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to make informed recommendations for improvement

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Proven experience as a Solutions Architect or similar role, with a strong portfolio of past projects

Deep understanding of DevOps principles and practices

Proficiency in designing and developing using the following technologies: Back-End: Node.js, AWS services, Mobile: iOS (SwiftUI), Android (Kotlin), Web: TypeScript, ReactJS

Experience in creating well-designed APIs and integrating with various services

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred

Cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect)

Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools
