Business Development Manager
Quest Financial is seeking a Business Development Manager to support continued growth in the Atlanta market. This role is ideal for a sales professional with staffing industry experience or a strong background in B2B business development who is interested in learning the recruiting industry.
Responsibilities
Develop new business opportunities through outbound outreach, networking, referrals, and social platforms
Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through contract execution
Build and maintain long-term client relationships that lead to repeat business
Partner closely with recruiting teams to deliver effective staffing solutions
Expand existing accounts and identify new areas of opportunity
Stay current on market trends and contribute ideas that support continued growth
Qualification
Required
Proven success in B2B sales, business development, or staffing sales
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Comfortable prospecting and engaging new clients
Results-driven, self-motivated, and accountable
Coachable, adaptable, and eager to grow within a team environment
Preferred
Staffing experience is a plus but not required
