Responsibilities
Document and maintain business processes across multiple functional areas
Analyze existing workflows to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
Partner with stakeholders to design and implement standardized processes
Facilitate discussions and working sessions to gather process requirements and insights
Develop clear process maps, procedures, and supporting documentation
Support automation and technology-enabled process improvement initiatives
Promote process adoption and continuous improvement across the organization
Qualification
Required
Experience in business process analysis, process improvement, or operational optimization
Formal training or certification in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma or equivalent)
Exposure to process analysis or process mining tools
Familiarity with automation technologies or workflow platforms
Strong communication and facilitation skills
Ability to influence and challenge stakeholders constructively
Comfortable creating process maps and documentation using standard tools
Preferred
Background in financial services or similarly regulated environments
