Responsibilities
Manage and respond to daily pricing requests within established deadlines and SLAs
Review each request for compliance, ensuring commodities and destinations meet company policies (restricted/prohibited goods, embargoed countries, etc.)
Document every pricing activity with clear notes, outlining how pricing was built for smooth operational handoff
Track and report monthly progress on goals and KPIs to management
Build strong communication and rapport with CHRW network offices to maintain the most up‑to‑date accessorial and door‑to‑door pricing
Partner with leadership and peers to identify best practices and drive continuous improvement in pricing quality and win‑rate trends
Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling multiple pricing tasks
Ability to manage deadlines, SLAs, and high‑volume workloads
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with global offices and internal operations teams
Analytical approach to identifying discrepancies, reviewing policies, and documenting work clearly
Proactive mindset focused on process improvement and operational consistency
Organized, adaptable, and eager to learn
